A little boy who died at home has been pictured for the first time.

The little boy’s mother, Phylesia Shirley, 23, and her partner Kemar Brown, 27, have now been charged with his murder.
Shirley and Brown, who is not the boy’s father, appeared virtually in custody at Bromley Magistrates’ Court today.
The pair, who are also accused of causing or allowing the death of a child, will next appear at the Old Bailey later this week.
