Northern Line no longer delayed

There are no longer any delays on the Northern Line.

Minor delays on the Northern Line

There is minor delays between High Barnet and Camden Town while we fix a faulty train at Finchley Central.

There is a good service on the rest of the line.

There are minor delays between Acton Town and Uxbridge due to train cancellations but there is a good service on the rest of line.

M25 delays down to 45 minutes

National Highways said it expects repairs to be completed shortly.

Delays are now down to 45 minutes.

Overnight closures at the Dartford Tunnel continue this weekend. Details are below:

One of closed lanes reopens on M25

National Highways have said only two lanes are now closed on the M25 anti-clockwise in Surrey between Junction 8 (Reigate) and Junction 7 (M23) to allow for emergency barrier repairs to take place following the earlier multi-vehicle crash.

It said: “There’s still an hour delay on approach so allow extra journey time this afternoon.”

Broken down lorry stuck in M25 queue

There is now also a broken down in the lorry in the queue backed up for 11 miles, with two hours of congestion.

Delays to Metropolitan Line now minor

There are minor delays between Harrow-on-the-Hill and Moor Park due a signal failure at Moor Park.

The Line was previously suspended because of a casualty on the track.

Death at Amersham Underground station

A person was found dead on the tracks at Amersham Underground station this morning.

Not many details have been revealed but the British Transport Police said the incident is not being treated as suspicious.

M25 delays expected until 5.30pm

The travel chaos on the M25 is not expected to clear until between at least 5.15pm – although the extent of the disruption may change.
