A toddler was taken to hospital after she was hit by a cyclist and ‘dragged along the ground’.
Freya Clancy, who is 16 months old, was walking in Victoria Park, East London, when she was knocked down yesterday.
Her arm was caught in the spokes of the bike during the accident around 9am, her mum Victoria said.
She shared photos on Twitter showing her daughter with red marks on her face, sitting on a bed in an ambulance.
Ms Grant, told The Sun: ‘The cyclist came flying out of the gate and her front wheel hit my daughter in the face.
‘It was awful. I was screaming and shouting “You have just run over my daughter”.’

Video taken at the scene shows a man arguing with the cyclist, claiming that she wasn’t giving her details.
He tells her: ‘You have knocked over a child and now you are moving away from the scene of an accident.’
However, the woman insists that she hasn’t left the scene and is willing to cooperate.
An off-duty police officer steps in and speaks to the group.
A Metropolitan Police spokesman said: ‘An off-duty police officer was made aware of a disturbance involving a cyclist and pedestrians in Victoria Park.
‘He spoke with both parties, and was informed the matter would be reported at a local police station in due course. There were no arrests.
‘The incident was reported to police later the same day. It was reported that a one-year-old child had been injured after a collision with a bicycle. Enquiries are ongoing.’
