Most of a body has been discovered after a head was found hanging from a tree in north London.
The remains were found at Brooke Wood, off The Ridgeway, Enfield, yesterday afternoon by a council worker.
After finding the skull, police found around 80% of the rest of the bones underneath along with some ID.
It is believed the body may have been there since September 2022.
A Met Police spokesperson confirmed they attended.
They said: ‘Enquiries continue to establish the circumstances but the matter is not believed to be suspicious at this stage.’

In Coventry, police are appealing to identify a man whose body was found inside a wheelie bin in a park.
A member of the public found the mystery man, believed to have been aged between 40 and 50, in Cash’s Park off Daimler Road last month.
His identity remains a mystery, but Coventry Police said the man has a tattoo of a cross with a snake wrapped around it on his back and the words ‘Little Stardust’.
He also has a tattoo on his right arm saying ‘nan’ with a clover and the colours of the Irish flag.
DCI Phil Poole, leading the investigation, said: ‘We have a large team of detectives, forensic specialists and other staff working around the clock to establish what has happened to this man, who he is, and who is responsible.
‘We’ve had several pieces of information come through to us as a direct result of our appeal, and we are following up those lines of enquiry.
‘I really want to hear from anyone who recognises the descriptions of the tattoos on the man, as they are quite distinctive.’
