A manhunt is underway after a London Underground worker was racially abused when she asked a customer to put a mask on.

The man approached the member of staff just before 6pm on October 13 and asked for help with his Oyster card.

Noticing how he wasn’t wearing a face mask, the worker asked him to put one on before she could help.

The man refused and started shouting at the woman before entering a shop in Morden Underground station, south London.
